C4313GSD

Description

C4313GSD is a screen printable 25:75 Ag/Pd pre-alloyed conductor paste which exhibits a high density, high reliability and remarkable fine line resolution. C4313GSD has a highly enriched Pd content to address increased demands by harsh environment such as high sulfur fuel applications. Due its high densification during sintering the surface of this alloy is very smooth and greatly reduces risk of silver migration.

Printing Parameters

Print through a 200 – 325 mesh stainless
steel screen. Total thickness: 50 – 110 µm

Printing Speed

Up to at least 20 cm / s

Drying Temperature

Level at room temperature for 5 – 10 minutes.
Dry at 150°C for 10 – 20 minutes

Process Temperature (TDS)

Fire at 850 °C (peak) for 10 minutes, and with a total firing cycle time of c. 30 – 60 minutes
