Description
C4729 is a Ag/Pt conductor, designed for automotive application. C4729 is a new member of Heraeus’ line of conductors with excellent fired film density, high conductivity, good solder leach resistance, excellent aged adhesion and aluminium wire bondable.

Storage and Paste Preparation
Store in a dry, cool (5 - 25°C), dark place with container tightly shut. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using.
