C6029A is a Au/Pt/Pd conductor which exhibits excellent solderability, solder leach resistance and Al wire bond adhesion on alumina. Smooth fired film surface with minimal surface glass makes C6029A a good candidate for high reliability applications.

Storage and Paste Preparation
Store in a dry location at 5 – 25°C. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using, as settling may occur during storage.
