Description

IP9025S is a screen printable resistor overglaze paste. It fires to a glossy, green transparent color, for optimum laser– trim characteristics. It is fully compatible with the R8900 and R8900D resistor Series, and enhances the stability of such resistors.

Storage and Paste Preparation

Store in a dry, cool (2 - 23°C), dark place with container tightly shut. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using.

Warranty

Material guaranteed to meet specifications for 6 months from date of manufacturing with proper storage.

Process Temperature (TDS)

Fire at 490 – 525 °C (peak) for 2 – 3 minutes(500 – 510 °C is optimal), and with a total firing cycle time of c. 30 minutes
