IP9025ST is a screen printable resistor overglaze. It fires to a glossy, green color, for optimum laser-trim characteristics. It is fully compatible with the R8900 and R8900D resistor Series, and enhances the stability of such resistors.

Storage and Paste Preparation
Store in a dry, cool (2 - 23°C), dark place with container tightly shut. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using.

Print through a 200 – 325 mesh stainless steel screen.

Drying Temperature
Dry at 150 °C for 10 - 20 minutes.
Process Temperature (TDS)
Fire at 490 – 525 °C (peak) for 2 – 3 minutes(500 – 510 °C is optimal), and with a total firing cycle time of c. 30 minutes
