Heraeus Materials Singapore Celebrates 40 Years of Innovation and Partnership
Singapore, 1 August 2025 – Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte. Ltd. (HMSL), a leading provider of advanced materials solutions, proudly celebrates its 40th year of operations in Singapore. To mark this significant milestone, the company is hosting an exclusive seminar and innovation showcase, bringing together key customers, strategic partners, and distinguished guests, including representatives from trade unions and EDB Singapore.
Established in 1985, HMSL has evolved from a sales office into a vital innovation and production hub for semiconductor packaging materials, contributing to global advancements in smart technology, sustainable energy, and communications mobility. In 2021, HMSL further cemented its role with the inauguration of a Center of Excellence for Advanced Packaging in Singapore.
In addition to its strong manufacturing and R&D foundation, HMSL anchors regional business activities by integrating essential global and regional functions such as sales, customer solutions, supply chain, marketing, and strategy development.
