Description
3615 is a mixed bond platinum gold conductor designed for military, aerospace or other high reliability applications that require soldered connections. 3615 fired film exhibits high initial and aged adhesion, and can be soldered using either non-activated or mildly activated fluxes.

Storage and Paste Preparation
Store in a dry location at 5 – 25°C. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using, as settling may occur during storage.
