IP9025W is a screen printable green resistor overglaze. It is used to optimize laser trim characteristics. IP9025W will fire to a semigloss appearance. IP9025W is compatible with all Heraeus air fireable resistor systems.

Store in a dry location at 20 – 25°C. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using, as settling may occur during storage.

Process Temperature (TDS)
530°C peak temperature. Dwell time of 2-3 minutes at peak´.
