Description

IP9319D is a nitrogen fireable dielectric developed for
use with Copper conductors. The rheology and chemistry
of this nitrogen fireable dielectric material has been
carefully formulated for use on large area substrates.
Excellent via definition and smooth surfaces are
achievable at printing speeds up to 6 inches/sec.
