Description

UV-939 is a ultraviolet light-cured, transparent dielectric that glows when exposed to black light for visual validation of coverage. It can be used for insulating dielectric layers and cross overs. With it's high crease resistance and flexibility, UV-939 is an excellent choice for your insulating layer needs. Capable of targeted area printing or large flood coating areas of your circuit, this material has minimal shrinkage resulting in flat devices post processing.

Storage and Paste Preparation

Store at ambient conditions away from direct light. Material should be thoroughly mixed or rolled on a jar roller at a slow speed for 1 hour prior to use

Printing Parameters

Monofilament polyester (157 to 230 mesh) or stainless steel (165-325 mesh) is recommended

Drying Temperature

Medium pressure mercury bulb (non doped) or equivalent set at 300 watts with a minimum of 600 mj. energy output
