Ryan Persons
Ryan Persons is Head of Technical Solutions at Heraeus Electronics, with over 15 years of experience advancing materials that drive reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in everyday applications. He brings deep expertise in thick film materials, with a strong track record of translating complex technical challenges into high-performance, application-ready solutions.
He plays a key role in advancing material technologies that meet evolving customer needs and enable next-generation electronic applications. Ryan's collaborative approach involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and accelerate innovation.
Dr. Philip Heinz
Philip Heinz is a Senior Consultant at Prismark Partners, a consulting firm for the electronics industry. He completed a Ph.D. in Engineering Science at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and joined Prismark in 2006.
Over the past two decades, he has assessed a wide range of technologies and market opportunities for clients ranging from electronics supply chain participants to equipment makers and financial institutions. His work is focused particularly on electronic materials. Philip is based at Prismark’s main office in Cold Spring Harbor, New York.
