Dean has led cross-functional teams in dynamic, global environments, working closely across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to successfully launch and scale new technologies. His deep technical knowledge combined with strategic insight enables him to address evolving industry challenges and deliver solutions that drive performance and long-term value.

Victoria DeLissio

Victoria DeLissio is a Technical Solutions Engineer at Heraeus Electronics with hands-on application experience and deep technical expertise in thick film materials for the components and hybrid circuit industry. She works closely with customers to address complex manufacturing and performance challenges, translating technical requirements into practical, application-focused solutions. 

Victoria has led customer workshops, provided hands-on technical support, and collaborated across teams to drive product adoption and process optimization. Her customer-focused approach combines technical expertise with practical problem-solving to develop tailored solutions that improve performance and help customers achieve their goals in an evolving electronics market.
