C6011 is a screen printable, non-solderableGold/Palladium/Platinum conductor paste for fuel sensor application.C6011 is optimized in hardness and surface density. It shows excellent printability resulting in high line definition and smooth surface under various drying conditions.

Storage and Paste Preparation

Store in a dry, cool (5 - 25°C), dark place with container tightly shut. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using.

Warranty

Material guaranteed to meet specifications for 6 months from date of manufacturing with proper storage.

Printing Parameters

Print through a 200 - 325 mesh stainless steel screen.
0.03 – 0.04 mm ∅ wire and 20 – 30 µm emulsion.
Level at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Drying Temperature

Dry at max. 150 °C for 8 - 10 minutes

Process Temperature (TDS)

Fire at 850 °C (peak) for 10 minutes, and with a total firing cycle time of c. 30 – 60 minutes

8 – 14 μm
