Description

IP9038 White is a Pb, Cd and Ni free white overglaze designed for printing and firing over thick film resistors. IP9038 White provides improved trimmed resistor stability and environmental protection. IP9038 White has been proven to withstand plating solutions. IP9038 White has excellent process insensitivity and is compatible with all Heraeus air-fireable resistor series.

Storage and Paste Preparation

Store in a dry location at 5 – 25°C. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Allow paste to come to room temperature prior to opening. Spatulate well before using, as settling may occur during storage.

Warranty

Material guaranteed to meet specifications for 6 months from date of manufacturing with proper storage.

Process Temperature (TDS)

500-520 °C peak temperature. Dwell time of 4-8 minutes.
