PC11004

Description

PC11004 is a translucent white overglaze
developed for high temperature applications; e.g.
sensors, heater applications. The unique glass
system allow for operating and processing
temperatures ≥1000°C. PC11004 is recommended
as a passivation layer for Pt heater applications.

Printing Parameters

Screen: 280-325 mesh, stainless steel screen
Emulsion: 0.5 mil thickness
Squeegee: 60 -70 durometer

Printing Speed

 

Drying Temperature

150ºC for 10 minutes
Allow printed parts to level at room temperature for
10 minutes prior to drying

Process Temperature (TDS)

1100°C – 1200°C peak temperature, 10 minute dwell
Total firing cycle time of ≥ 30 minutes

Wet: 32-34 microns
Fired: 14-16 microns
