Description

PD 5100NBL is a black, one-component screen printable paste, based on a silicone resin. It is designed for use as a coating for mechanical circuit protection.

Storage and Paste Preparation

Store in dry, cool (2 – 23 °C) and dark place with container tightly shut. Avoid exposure to sunlight and high humidity. Spatulate well prior to processing.

Warranty

Material guaranteed to meet specifications for 3 months from date of manufacturing with proper storage.

Printing Parameters

Mix well prior to using.

If stored in a cool environment, allow paste to return to room temperature prior to opening to avoid condensation.

Print using a 200 mesh stainless steel screen.

Drying Temperature

150° for 1 hour or 280°C in IR for 20 minutes
