TC7404

Description

TC7404 is a fritted conductor material, with a silver/palladium ratio of 6:1. It is ideal for use as a resistor termination, and exhibits excellent wire bonding properties with heavy aluminum wire. TC7404 was specifically developed for use as a conductor on Heraeus tape system of CT700 Series, CT707, CT708 and CT800 Series. It exhibits a particularly good adhesion when (post-) fired upon these glass-based tape substrates.
