Description

UV-3010 is a glob top encapsulant for improving component adhesion. With a clear, UV curable finish, UV-3010 can be dispensed over the top of light emitting components like LED's or components that require the ability to be seen with minimal optical degradation.

Printing Parameters

Ensure the correct nozzle dimensions are used for the pressure of your equipment and requirements of your dot size. Nozzle tip should be the largest size possible without UV-3010 dripping from the tip when not being dispensed

Drying Temperature

Medium pressure mercury bulb (non doped) or equivalent set at 300 watts with a minimum of 600 mj. energy output

Film Thickness

Dot size should not exceed 7mm diameter
